1. About Us

Udupi Harvest is a small-batch food brand based in Udupi, Karnataka, India. We sell cold-pressed oils, home-made pickles and traditional snacks directly to consumers across India.

2. Orders & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards and net banking, processed securely through Razorpay.
• An order is confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable, with a full refund issued within 5–7 business days.

3. Shipping

• We ship pan-India. Delivery timelines are typically 4–7 business days depending on location.
• Free delivery on orders above ₹499. A flat ₹49 shipping fee applies to orders below this threshold.
• Once dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email and SMS.
• Udupi Harvest is not liable for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

• As our products are food items, we do not accept returns once delivered.
• If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement at no charge.
• Refunds for cancelled orders (before dispatch) are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Product Information

Our products are made in small batches using natural ingredients. Shelf life, storage instructions and allergen information are printed on each package. Please read labels carefully before consuming, particularly if you have food allergies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and design — belongs to Udupi Harvest. You may not reproduce or use any part of it without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Udupi Harvest's liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Udupi, Karnataka.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
